As owner of Cyclone Sound, I absolutely guarantee your complete satisfaction. My customers do not pay the balance of their bill until my performance is over and they are completely satisfied. Specifically, I guarantee the following for every event:

	I will respond quickly to all inquiries. I check my voice mail when out of the office, and I send my contract package the next business day after you request it.
	I encourage you to meet your DJ; I am available for face-to-face meetings.
	I will be your DJ. You don't have to be concerned about having an inexperienced DJ at your event. I don't have other DJs working for me, and I don't subcontract any work.
	I will be on time. I arrive approximately one hour before my start time to set up my equipment, even though I'm normally completely set up in 45 minutes. The music will be playing no later than my scheduled start time.
	I will bring my complete set-up to your event. I don't try to sell you a package of extra lights, additional microphones, props, etc. There are no hidden costs.
	I will be dressed appropriately and act professionally. I normally wear tux pants and shirt for weddings, and I have a tuxedo jacket if necessary. I coordinate my dress with you as part of the planning process.
	I will honor your wishes concerning musical requests, types of music, and volume. After all, it's your party!
